How does Beetroot optimize the HR Operations with eHR

Beetroot is a Swedish software company that focuses on partnerships with companies creating digital products for the benefit of society – new technologies in the field of medicine, education, and ecology.

Because of our field of operations, digitization is part of our daily life, and we always strive to apply innovative business solutions that fit our workflow.

Why did you decide to seek a solution like eHR?

At Beetroot, we support the remote-first work model. It is important for us to provide our employees with the opportunity to work remotely without complicating our communication and work processes. With eHR, we were able to eliminate paper and now we are more flexible and efficient in signing documents, especially with employees working outside the office.

How did you learn about us?

We learned about your solution through a recommendation from our business partners.

Why did you choose our product?

To be honest, we did not research similar products on the Bulgarian market, but eHR has largely helped us to solve the daily challenges we face, and the decision to choose your product came naturally.

How did you store, share, and sign documents and employment records before eHR?

The signing was done on-site or through courier for people outside of Sofia, and the documents were stored in a cabinet with restricted access. This way of working was certainly much less efficient compared to the solution provided by eHR.

In what way has your work changed with the use of eHR?

We save a significant amount of paper and time spent in sorting and organizing files.

Did you face any challenges with the system implementation, and how did the eHR team help you to overcome them?

In the beginning, we faced some difficulties, but both then and now, the eHR team always responds extremely quickly and helps us when we are in need.
