За InaEssentials дигитализацията не е загуба на човешка връзка, а точно обратното

For InaEssentials, Digitalization Doesn’t Mean Losing the Human Touch – Quite the Opposite

InaEssentials is a Bulgarian brand of certified organic cosmetics, made in Bulgaria and already loved in 26 countries. Zlatka Stefanova, an expert in the company’s Finance and Administration department, explains how digitalizing HR processes has changed the working rhythm of a family-run, personal business for the better and made everyday work easier for the whole team.

But here is what else lies behind Zlatka Stefanova’s words…

“InaEssentials is a family-owned Bulgarian brand offering natural and organic cosmetics, created with care for nature and people,” she says. “We produce organic floral waters, creams, shampoos and other products from our own plantations of medicinal herbs, grown sustainably. Our mission is to restore trust in natural remedies by combining tradition, a personal approach to every customer and responsibility towards the environment.”

So what role could digitalized processes play in the present and future of organic and natural production? Find out in the full interview with her.

What made a family-run organic brand like InaEssentials choose an HR digitalization service?

Our organic approach isn’t limited to our products – it’s part of our culture. As our operations grew and our team expanded, we realized that digitalization was essential to maintaining good organization, transparency and sustainability in our internal processes. We wanted a solution that saves time and resources and lets us focus more on people, not on paperwork.

What were the reasons for choosing our product in particular?

Your company was recommended to us by the accounting firm we work with, and we liked you from our very first meeting. We liked that the interface is easy to use and the features are flexible, and your team was responsive and helped us from the very beginning to understand exactly how we could optimize our processes.

How do you value the opportunity to save unnecessary resources, especially paper, through digitalized processes?

Very highly. At InaEssentials we’re constantly looking for ways to reduce waste – and that includes not only production but administrative work too. Thanks to eHR, we now have electronic document management, which saves us not only paper but also time and physical space. This is fully in line with our environmental principles.

Your products are available both online and in your physical stores across Bulgaria – how does the eHR system fit into your team’s work, and how does your team’s work fit into it?Quote from Zlatka Stefanova, InaEssentials

What support did you receive from the eHR team, and what challenges did you face along the way?

From our very first contact we felt supported – both technically and on a purely human level. During implementation we had questions and specific needs, which were addressed quickly. The initial setup of some internal processes and training part of the team were a challenge, but with your help everything went smoothly and efficiently. Today everyone at the company uses the platform with ease.

Is there anything else you would like to share?

Just sincere gratitude – for your professionalism, your patience and your willingness to work in line with values such as transparency, sustainability and a human approach. We’re glad that with you, digitalization doesn’t mean losing the human touch – quite the opposite: it means more time and attention for the people in the organization.

What’s more, as a thank-you for our good partnership, we’re offering a one-time discount of BGN 15 to anyone who uses the code EHR15 on our website until 31 August 2025 (enter it in the discount code field at the final step of checkout).
