Can you briefly tell us about the company you work for?

Pelintex Bulgaria, part of the French Pelintex Group, is a next-generation fashion platform offering a wide range of fashion-related services – from developing entirely new products to comprehensive production capabilities. Established in Ruse, Bulgaria, in 2014, the company works with selected high-end clients worldwide

Why did you decide to look for a solution like eHR?

As a young and constantly developing company, it is crucial for us to improve the internal processes and practices of the company, particularly for our employees. Given the increasing number of employees, we felt the need to optimize some daily processes related to individual employees, such as the standard completion of leave forms on paper and their subsequent processing. The need to find an alternative solution for daily processes led the company to look for a product like eHR.

How did you learn about eHR, and why did you choose our product?

Our primary research was conducted online, where we noticed the eHR website. We chose eHR for its accessible and user-friendly interface, as well as the flexibility and functionalities that the system offers.

How has your work changed with the use of eHR?

The daily processes have been significantly facilitated for us in the HR department, who handles all incoming paper documentation, as well as for the other employees who now have 24/7 access to their records and absences.

What challenges did you face when implementing the system in a manufacturing company, and how did eHR help you overcome them?

We had challenges, as with any new system, especially from older employees who were worried about the unknown and whether they would be able to operate with the system.

The eHR representatives were by our side during every step of the implementation process, for which we are extremely grateful. The collaboration and communication with the team has been easy, quick, and productive, which is crucial for us as clients. Thanks to the organized training sessions with the eHR team and the training videos and instructions provided, we managed to show and explain to all employees how to use the system and its benefits.

To date, almost 100% of the employees now use eHR independently.

What feedback have you received from your employees regarding the system?

After the onboarding process, the feedback from Pelintex Bulgaria employees was positive. Each of them now has constant access to their personal information and the ability to track and submit home office requests when necessary, without requiring physical contact.

How much time do you save on average per month by using eHR?

On average, we save about 3-4 working days per month at this stage.

Is there anything else you would like to share with us?

The benefits of implementing eHR also include ecological and financial aspects, particularly the reduced need for purchasing and using large amounts of paper.
