Pelintex Bulgaria, part of the French Pelintex Group, is a next-generation fashion platform. It offers a wide range of fashion-related services – from developing entirely new products to comprehensive production capabilities. Established in Ruse, Bulgaria, in 2014, the company works with selected high-end clients worldwide.
We are a young and constantly developing company. Therefore, it is crucial for us to improve our internal processes and practices, particularly for our employees. As the number of employees grew, we felt the need to optimize some daily processes related to individual employees. For example, leave forms were still completed on paper and then processed manually. The need to find an alternative solution for daily processes led the company to look for a product like eHR.

We did most of our research online, which is where we found the eHR website. We chose eHR for its accessible and user-friendly interface, as well as the flexibility and functionalities that the system offers.
eHR has made daily processes much easier for us in the HR department, where we handle all incoming paper documentation. It has also helped the other employees, who now have 24/7 access to their records and absences.
As with any new system, we faced some challenges. In particular, older employees were worried about the unknown and whether they would be able to use the system.
The eHR representatives were by our side during every step of the implementation process, for which we are extremely grateful. The collaboration and communication with the team has been easy, quick, and productive, which is crucial for us as clients. The eHR team organized training sessions and also provided training videos and instructions. Thanks to them, we managed to show all employees how to use the system and what its benefits are.
To date, almost 100% of the employees now use eHR independently.
After the onboarding process, the feedback from Pelintex Bulgaria employees was positive. Each of them now has constant access to their personal information. They can also track and submit home office requests when necessary, without any physical contact.
On average, we save about 3-4 working days per month at this stage.
The benefits of implementing eHR also include ecological and financial aspects, particularly the reduced need for purchasing and using large amounts of paper.
