As a high-tech company, we are constantly striving to digitize and optimize our processes. After several improvements over the past few years, it was time to digitize our activities related to HR and Payroll documentation management.
We chose eHR because they responded perfectly to our requests and provided us with the right solution to optimize our process.
In the beginning it wasn’t easy because all of our paper documentation needed to be transferred to the system. With the kind assistance of our colleagues from eHR, things happened very quickly, and we managed to digitize everything, which now allows us to work “paperless” (entirely electronically).
Before the implementation of eHR, the process was quite difficult. We had to stamp each document, and the people who signed them had to be in the same place at the same time. After that, copies had to be made, and all documents had to be compiled and stored in the employees’ files. Of course, there was always the possibility and risk of losing some of the documents. This definitely took a lot of time for each participant in the process.
We saw substantial improvements. The entire process of creating, sharing, signing, and storing documents is now digitized and optimized.
One of my favorite features of the system is the “Leave” module. Each employee can take leave with just 2 clicks, and all information regarding absences is displayed and analyzed in a user-friendly calendar.
Another favorite feature in eHR is the document search. Every employee can easily search the system’s database and also has access to all documents in their own record.
Last but not least, the system allows the approval and signing of documents from anywhere. The process is completely online and takes seconds.
For us, using a system like eHR is extremely beneficial. It simplifies the work of our employees, and we also save valuable time in processing documents. We appreciate the support provided by the eHR team and look forward to future updates that will continue to enhance our HR processes.
